TROOP D SERGEANT NAMED

(LITTLE ROCK) – The Arkansas State Police Commission today approved the recommendation of Colonel Winford E. Phillips, Director of the Arkansas State Police, to promote Corporal David L. Williams, 35, of DeValls Bluff to the rank of sergeant.

Sergeant Williams will assume new duties as a post sergeant assigned to the Highway Patrol Division, Troop D headquartered at Forrest City.

Sergeant Williams is an eleven year veteran of the Arkansas State Police.
