ASPC APPROVES PROMOTIONS OF NEW SERGEANTS FOR TROOPS C & D

(LITTLE ROCK) – The Arkansas State Police Commission today approved the recommendations of Colonel Winford E. Phillips, Director of the Arkansas State Police, to promote Corporals Charles Hubbard and Eric Agee to the rank of sergeant.

Sergeant Hubbard, 35, of Mountain Home, will assume new duties as a post sergeant assigned to the Highway Patrol Division, Troop C headquartered at Jonesboro. Sergeant Hubbard is a 13-year veteran of the Arkansas State Police.

Sergeant Agee, 39, of Conway, will assume new duties as a post sergeant assigned to the Highway Patrol Division, Troop D headquartered at Forrest City. Sergeant Agee is a 12-year veteran of the Arkansas State Police.
