The Crimes Against Children Division is comprised of a central administrative office, hotline operations and eight area investigative offices.

Reports of child maltreatment can be reported by anyone, 24-hours a day, seven days a week, through a toll-free phone number — 800-482-5964.

The Hotline Call Center is staffed by a team of specially trained personnel and will launch an investigation of the reports that meet the criteria of state and federal statutes. The number of reports to the Arkansas State Police Child Abuse Hotline have exceeded 45,000 calls during a single year.

Ms. Davidson's career spans more than 20 years in child and family services with the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Children and Family Services and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division.  She is a graduate of Greene County Tech at Paragould and Arkansas State University where Ms. Davidson earned a degree in Sociology.
